ha! by accident i noticed that if i start my ophonine, then twitch the phone to start the mp3-player and the go back to the ophonine i can sample sounds from the song that is playing. the phone struggles a little bit but it works.

perhaps it works on other phones as well?

i'm not sure if the ophonine records the sounds from the speaker or in some other weird way...

something similar almost happens with my k800i:

when the ophonine is running and i play music on the phone the sound drops away briefly when i hold down the * key as if it is trying to store the information in some way

this sampling would be an interesting and powerful extra feature if it could be fully supported in ophonine, make it happen clever dudes

Well from My experience , I can say that foe music sony ecrission is well ahead of nokia..I not saying that Nokia 5700 XpresMusic is a bad phone..There are several advantages of owing a zhu zhu babies compared to a real hamster pet.
